At Tibra Jewelry, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
• Customized, engraved, special-order, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
• Any item damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after inspection of the returned item. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.
• Tibra Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
• Gold bars are sold based on the current market price. Since gold prices fluctuate continuously, all gold bar orders require seller confirmation before payment. The final price will be confirmed with the customer before the order is processed. Gold bar sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs clearance.
